Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (RQF)
The objective of this qualification is to provider learners with the knowledge, skills & understanding of being a Safety Steward. Learners will be able to demonstrate competence in Spectator Safety.
The Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety is made up of 5 Mandatory Units. They include:

Assist with the movement of spectators and deal with crowd issues at events
Help to manage and resolve conflicts
Deal with incidents at spectator events
Support the work of your team and organisation

What's the Duration?
The total qualification time for this qualification is 240 hours, of this 73 are recommended as guided learning hours. We recommend allowing up to 6 months to complete a minimum group of 10 learners, although durations can vary.
What's the Delivery Method?
Our team will work with you to agree the most suitable delivery schedule. This will involve face-to-face training and with the option of additional support remotely.
How is the qualification Assessed?
In order to achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety, learners are assessed using a workbook per unit as well as practical onsite assessments.
